Visibility only matters if it brings in business.
When someone asks ChatGPT or Google for a recommendation, the answer draws on sources across the web: your website, press coverage, directories and reviews. Which sources carry weight varies by tool and industry.
I build that presence on purpose, then track whether it turns into bookings, sales and inquiries. Visibility is great, earned business is better.
Where we start
Content AI can quote
I write and restructure your pages in your voice, so potential customers and search tools can understand who you serve, what you offer and what sets you apart.
Results tied to revenue
I track where your business appears in AI answers, whether that visibility brings visits, and, using your own numbers, whether those visits become bookings, sales or inquiries. If visibility is not producing business, we change course.
Press and mentions AI trusts
I identify relevant publications, directories and review platforms for your business, then pursue appropriate coverage and listings. For a wedding shop, that can be local press and wedding directories. For a software startup, industry publications, tech blogs and software review platforms. I pitch your story to the places your buyers actually read. I do not guarantee editorial placement; publishers decide what they run. What I can promise is persistent, well-aimed outreach.
Who I work with?
Small businesses whose customers research before they buy. That covers a lot of ground: a wedding shop whose couples compare every vendor, or a software startup whose buyers read reviews before booking a demo. If your customers ask questions before they spend money, we can work together.
The experience behind Emcrim
15 years of turning attention into results across B2B tech, higher education and healthcare.
Press that builds trust. Secured 240M+ media impressions, including CBC, the Toronto Star and Global News.
Audiences that grow. Increased email subscribers 40% year over year, and launched a webinar program that drew nearly 2,000 new subscribers and was adopted institution-wide.
Campaigns measured from day one. At a global tech company, I build marketing programs with measurement designed in from the start, so campaigns are tracked on the meetings, pipeline and revenue they influence.
Fundraising results. Helped raise $14.5M through Telethon campaigns at the University of Ottawa Heart Institute Foundation.
FAQ

No one can. I can make you a stronger, better-sourced choice and show you what changes.
-
It varies, and no one can promise a fixed timeline. Publishing a page or getting it indexed does not guarantee it will appear in AI answers; that depends on the tool, the question and the presence you already have. I track what actually changes and show you.

Start with the boring part: can AI even find you? If bots can’t crawl your site or your pages aren’t indexed, nothing else matters.
Next, make your content easy to quote. An answer engine won’t dig through a vague About page. It wants a clear answer it can lift, and that’s what's going to appear in an AI answer.
Then be patient. If the gap is authority, it won’t close in a week.
And know your platform. Each AI tool draws on different sources and attracts a different crowd. Perplexity users tend to do deep research, while ChatGPT attracts a broader audience.
Your competitor is easier to find. Together, we can change that.
-
AI answers are probabilistic, so your score moves every day, and your competitors are publishing to take your spot.
Besides, visibility on its own doesn’t pay the bills. What counts is being cited, and being cited for what you actually sell. That’s where I come in.
A score is a snapshot. A brand and content strategy is what gets you booked.
